  First off, you will find people creating a "Disturbance" on any public transit system anywhere in the world if you get on the wrong bus on the wrong time. And I have personally witnessed a bus driver stop the bus, call the police, and have the passenger ejected from the bus for screaming and swearing.
  
  CDTA is a great transit network, while it has a smaller number of routes than others, they seem to have engineered the routes to go everywhere you might want to go. They have decent service around Schenectady, Troy, Albany, and even some buses that go to Saratoga.
  
  The buses don't tend to be trashed, and the bus drivers tend to be friendly most of the time.
  
  The schedules are 50/50 in that the buses can be up to 30 minutes late sometimes. The schedules seem to have been created at night, in a car, with no traffic.
  
  The cost is reasonable, and you are most likely to not find a better method of public transit in the entire capitol region.
